📦 SHIPPING POLICY

By placing an order on Fanstik.com, the Customer agrees to the following terms regarding the processing, shipping, and delivery of products purchased through our website.
1. Shipping Options
We offer the following order processing and shipping options within the United States:
- a) Standard Free Shipping: Estimated delivery within 8–12 business days.
- b) Expedited Shipping (Paid): Estimated delivery within 3–4 business days.
- c) Express Shipping (Paid): Estimated delivery within 2 business days.
Delivery times are estimated based on carrier service timelines and are not guaranteed by Fanstik.
2. Third-Party Carriers
Fanstik is not a shipping company. Our responsibility is limited to processing your order and purchasing the shipping label selected by the Customer at checkout. Once a package is handed over to the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx), full responsibility for delivery lies with that carrier.
3. Insurance & Responsibility
All packages are shipped with insurance coverage for damage or loss. To file an insurance claim, customers must provide appropriate evidence, such as:
- Clear photos of any damage, and/or
- Personal statement signed by the affected party or A police report in case of loss.
We cannot process claims for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier, even if the Customer did not receive them. Carriers certify delivery to the address provided at checkout; therefore, Fanstik cannot intervene in such cases.
4. Delays in Paid Shipping
If Expedited or Express shipments are delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, no refunds will be issued. These delays are the responsibility of the carrier, not Fanstik.
5. Limitation of Guarantee
Fanstik guarantees the quality of our products, but not shipping times or successful delivery, as these are managed by third-party logistics providers. Our sole obligation regarding shipping is to purchase the label corresponding to the option chosen by the Customer.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase on Fanstik.com, the Customer acknowledges, understands, and accepts these shipping policies, and assumes full responsibility for the terms outlined above.
