2. How to Initiate a Return:

Once your return is approved, we will send a return shipping label and detailed instructions for returning your item.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, we kindly ask that you provide clear photos of the issue via email, we'll solve your problem immediately by replacing or refunding your order.

All products that present the following issues are eligible for refund or replacement:

7. Refunds Process:
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If so:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within15 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund

8. Lost Package Refunds:
- Lost packages that never arrived at the shipping address, according to the carrier's tracking, are eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Packages that appear as delivered by the carrier are NOT eligible for a refund or replacement.

🚫 All Item Retund must first go through the pre-approval process.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
